Ingredients
1 Sub bun
2 Slices Salami
3 Slices Pepperoni
3 tbsp. (½ oz.) Tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp. (¼ oz.) Red onion, chopped
2 tbsp. (1 oz.) Oil and vinegar dressing
2 Slices Ham
2 Slices Cappicola
3 Slices Grande Deli Style Provolone*
½ cup (1/4 oz.) Pepperoncini, chopped
1/2 cup (1/2 oz.) Lettuce, shredded
Description
Layers of ham, salami, cappicola and pepperoni are topped with a blanket of Grande Deli Style Provolone. Then, to top it all off, a salad of lettuce, tomatoes, pepperoncini, and red onion with olive oil and vinegar, is gently placed on top.
Method
Slice bun in half horizontally and layer bottom side with meats and Grande Deli Style Provolone. Mix together the tomatoes, pepperoncini, red onion, lettuce and vinaigrette.
Place salad mix on cheese and place top bun on top of sandwich.
*Substitute Grande Provo•Nello® Provolone for a smaller cheese slice presence.
