14 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
Olive oil, as needed
8 oz. Grande Mozzarella Asiago Blend cheese, shredded
1/2 oz. Sweet yellow onions, sliced
21/2 oz. Roma tomatoes, thin sliced
4 oz. Grilled chicken, 1-inch diced
3 oz. Bacon, cooked, chopped
8 Basil leaves, chiffonade
Yield: One 14-inch pizza
Roll out dough to form pizza crust.
Spread olive oil over crust.
Top with 8 oz. Grande Mozzarella Asiago Blend cheese, 1/2 oz. onions, 21/2 oz. tomatoes, 4 oz. chicken and 3 oz. bacon.
Bake at 500°F for 6 to 9 minutes in deck oven or 5 to 7 minutes in an impingement oven until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
