Ingredients
Farfalle Bella Rosa with Stracciatella Yield: one serving- 6 oz. Farfalle pasta, cooked
- 4 oz. Marinara sauce
- 1 oz. Heavy cream
- ⅛ oz. Fresh basil, chopped
- 2 oz. of Grande Stracciatella
- 1 oz. Grande Parmesan, grated
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
Farfalle Bella Rosa with Stracciatella- In a medium saucepan, add 4 oz. marinara sauce and let simmer.
- Add 1 oz. heavy cream and ⅛ oz. fresh basil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Let cook for 15 minutes.
- Add 6 oz. cooked farfalle pasta to sauce, 1 oz. grated Grande Parmesan and toss to mix.
- Place pasta on plate and add 2 oz. dollop of Grande Stracciatella on top.
