Ingredients
Fig Crostini Yield: one appetizer- 5 Baguette slices, ½-inch thick
- 3 ¾ oz. Fig jam
- 5 oz. Grande Stracciatella
- Truffle honey, to taste
- 1 sprig Fresh thyme, leaves removed
- Sea salt, to taste
- Olive oil, as needed
Directions
Fig Crostini- Season each slice of bread with olive oil and place on a sheet pan.
- Bake at 450°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until bread is lightly toasted and slightly soft in the middle.
- Spread ¾ oz. fig jam over of each slice.
- Top fig jam with 1 oz. Grande Stracciatella.
- Drizzle with truffle honey, a pinch of sea salt and garnish with thyme leaves.
