Philly Cheesesteak Pizza

The Philly Cheesesteak is a fan favorite and your customers will appreciate finding this classic taste on your pizza menu. Featuring Grande Mozzarella Provolone Mild Blend, this pizza delivers a distinct Philly flavor wherever it’s served.


16 oz. Pizza dough ball

5 oz. Pizza sauce

5 oz. Rib-eye or cheese steak, sliced

1 oz. Onions, julienne, caramelized

1 oz. Green bell peppers, julienned

1 oz. Red bell peppers, julienned


Yield: One 14-inch pizza
  1. Roll out dough ball to form crust.
  2. Spread pizza sauce over crust.
  3. Top with Grande Mozzarella Provolone Mild Blend cheese.
  4. Add steak, onions and bell peppers on top of cheese.
  5. Bake at 500°F for 8 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
