Ingredients
Pizza Piacevole Yield: one 12" pizza- 14 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
- 3 oz. Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 3 oz. Grande Fior•di•Latte, diced
- ¾ oz. Red onion, shaved
- 1 oz. Calabrian chili peppers, diced
- 10 Fresh basil leaves
- 2 ½ oz. Grande Stracciatella
Directions
Pizza Piacevole- Stretch pizza dough to 12" round.
- Top with 3 oz. Italian sausage, 3 oz. Grande Fior•di•Latte, ¾ oz. shaved red onion and 1 oz. Calabrian chili peppers.
- Add 10 fresh basil leaves.
- Bake at 500°F-550°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden.
- Remove pizza from oven and top with 2 ½ oz. Grande Stracciatella.
- Cut into slices and serve.
