5 - 1/2-inch Baguette slices, toasted, warm
3 oz. (3 slices) Grande Prima Dolce Ricotta, sliced
1 1/2 oz. (10 slices) Soppressata salami, thin sliced
3 1/2 oz. (1/4 cup) Marinated Cherry Tomatoes (see recipe)
Garlic butter, warm, as needed
2 1/4 lb. (3 cups) Tri-color cherry tomatoes, halved
6 oz. (3/4 cup) Red wine vinaigrette
1/2 oz. (1/4 cup) Italian parsley, chopped
Ricotta Soppressata Toast
- Brush 5 toasted baguette slices lightly with garlic butter; top evenly with 3 oz. sliced Grande Prima Dolce Ricotta and 2 slices soppressata; arrange toast on plate.
- Top toast evenly with 3 1/2 oz. Marinated Cherry Tomatoes (see recipe).

Yield: 42 oz. (12 servings) Marinated Cherry Tomatoes
- Combine all ingredients in container and gently toss to blend. Cover and chill to hold.
