- 4 oz. Spaghetti
- 3 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped
- Red pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup Grape tomatoes, halved
- 6 leaves Fresh basil, chopped
- 4 oz. Grande Ricotta Prima Dolce®, cubed
DIRECTIONSSpaghetti & Prima Dolce®
- Cook pasta until al dente.
- In a sauté pan, add extra virgin olive oil and garlic, cook until garlic browns slightly.
- Add onion and pepper flakes. Cook until onion is softened, then add tomatoes and sauté until tomatoes break their skin and they begin to soften slightly.
- Add cooked pasta and toss or stir to combine. Add cubes of Grande Ricotta Prima Dolce® and basil and toss lightly to combine.
