Cajun Alfredo Pizza Yield: One 12" Pizza
  • 10 oz. Pizza dough ball, slacked
  • 2 oz. Alfredo sauce, prepared
  • 1 tsp. Cajun spices
  • 2 oz. Roasted red peppers
  • 4 oz. Andouille sausage
  • 4 oz. Grande Fumella Smoked Mozzarella
  • 1/2 oz. Green onions, chopped

DIRECTIONS

Cajun Alfredo Pizza
  1. Stretch pizza dough to 12” round.
  2. Add 1 tsp. Cajun spices to 2 oz. Alfredo sauce, mix well, and spread evenly over pizza dough.
  3. Top with 2 oz. roasted red peppers, 4 oz. Andouille sausage and 4 oz. Grande Fumella.
  4. Bake at 900oF for 60 to 90 seconds or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
  5. Remove pizza from oven and garnish with 1/2 oz. chopped green onions. Cut into slices and serve.
