- 5 - 1/2-inch Baguette slices, toasted, warm
- 3 oz. (3 slices) Grande Prima Dolce® Ricotta, sliced
- 1 1/2 oz. (10 slices) Soppressata salami, thin sliced
- 3 1/2 oz. (1/4 cup) Marinated Cherry Tomatoes (see recipe)
- Garlic butter, warm, as needed
DIRECTIONSRicotta Soppressata Toast
- Brush 5 toasted baguette slices lightly with garlic butter; top evenly with 3 oz. sliced Grande Prima Dolce® Ricotta and 2 slices soppressata; arrange toast on plate.
- Top toast evenly with 3 1/2 oz. Marinated Cherry Tomatoes (see recipe).
