Verde Four Cheese Pizza

This unique and cheesy pizza stands out from the competition with four flavorful Grande cheeses. Grande Part Skim Mozzarella, Parmesan, Ricotta and Romano are prepared into a signature mixture with healthy spinach topped on a traditional crust with fresh tomato sauce.

Verde Four Cheese Pizza Yield: One 14-inch pizza
  • 14-inch Pizza dough, stretched
  • 3 oz. Pizza sauce, prepared
  • 6 oz. Ricotta Verde (see recipe below)
  • 8 oz. Grande Part Skim Mozzarella, shredded or diced
  • 3 tbsp. Grande Parmesan, grated

DIRECTIONS

Verde Four Cheese Pizza
  1. Place dough on flat surface and spread evenly with pizza sauce and Ricotta Verde. Sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  2. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes in a preheated 500˚F deck oven or for 6 to 9 minutes in a preheated 500˚F impingement oven.
  3. Remove when crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Ricotta Verde Yield: 40 oz.
  • 2 lb. Grande Ricotta Dolce
  • 4 oz. Grande Romano, grated
  • 10 oz. Frozen spinach, chopped, slacked
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg, ground (optional)

  1. Blend Grande Ricotta, Grande Romano, spinach, salt, pepper and nutmeg until well combined. Tip: Use food processor, blender or mixer to easily blend Ricotta Verde.
