Increase Check Averages while Saving your Customers Money

Over half of consumers purposely order more pizza than they need for a single meal so they have leftovers to eat as a snack or future meal.¹ So how do you convince the other half that they should do the same and purchase a larger size or second pie when placing an order?

  • A larger pizza is a better value for your customers. A 12” pizza has 113.10 square inches and a 16” pie has 201.06 square inches – that’s 78% more pizza! Frying Pan or Skillet Method
STEP 1: Place frying pan over medium to medium-high heat
STEP 2: Put slice of pizza into heated pan for a few minutes to crisp the bottom
STEP 3: Add a few drops of water, cover and cook for 2-4 minutes

Oven Method
STEP 1: Preheat oven to 450°F.
STEP 2: Place pizza stone inside the oven for 20-30 minutes to heat the stone all the way through.
STEP 3: Place pizza on stone and heat for 10-12 minutes
