Because of COVID, I built my initial following online, posting pictures and testing recipes. Then we started doing pop-ups and pre-order only, 2 days a week. After sending a link on Sunday at noon, we would sell out 500 pizzas in one minute.
If you’re not on social media, you’re just putting yourself at a disadvantage. That’s the best way to reach your customers and new audiences. All your competitors are doing it too. And it’s pretty much free.
I love them all. Depends on what kind of mood you’re in. Right now, the Honey Badger: Ezzo pepperoni, freshly ground sausage and Mike’s hot honey, fresh basil on our Detroit crust. It hits all the right notes.
