What’s your story?
Because of COVID, I built my initial following online, posting pictures and testing recipes. Then we started doing pop-ups and pre-order only, 2 days a week. After sending a link on Sunday at noon, we would sell out 500 pizzas in one minute.

Advice
If you’re not on social media, you’re just putting yourself at a disadvantage. That’s the best way to reach your customers and new audiences. All your competitors are doing it too. And it’s pretty much free.

Favorite Recipe
I love them all. Depends on what kind of mood you’re in. Right now, the Honey Badger: Ezzo pepperoni, freshly ground sausage and Mike’s hot honey, fresh basil on our Detroit crust. It hits all the right notes.

What’s your story?
Sean: Nick and I used to work at the same pizzeria in Pennsylvania. One day there was an old pizzeria for sale in Odessa within our price range. We saw it on a Tuesday, bought it on Friday. Added in Keith later as the third brother.

Advice
Keith: You need back and forth with the customers on social media. If you look at a lot of other, bigger companies, they’re doing it wrong. They might get 300,000 followers, but only 70 likes. Engage with customers and build loyalty.

Favorite Recipe
Sean: My favorite pizza is Pizza Portobello with honey truffle, crumbled sausage and roasted red pepper. Truly amazing and hits your palate. We like basic cheese too. Can’t go wrong with that.
